Yasmin took time out from Night Light to immerse herself in World War One this summer. Commissioned by The Story Museum, Oxford, Incredible Journeys was a children’s show featuring stranger than fiction animal tales of endurance, friendship and battlefield heroism inspired by real events.

The six new short stories created by the company were part of 14-18 NOW, the UK’s arts programme for the First World War centenary. Yasmin was co-director, a story writer, editor and performer.

The show was also taken to Green Fields Beyond Festival in Lincoln, with Rosa Productions and BBC Radio Lincolnshire.
